Essential Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a Commercial / Industrial Air Conditioning Service Technician to join our rapidly growing team! You will service, repair, maintain and install commercial and industrial heating and air conditioning systems. Responsibilities:
- Respond to service calls and diagnose system issues
- Perform necessary repairs to the systems
- Communicate with customers, office staff and management
- Be prompt, clean and presentable
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- EPA Certification
- Clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to write up repairs, write work performed and clock in and out of jobs on a mobile app.

Compensation Range:
Technicians at this company make an annual salary between $65,000 and $130,000.
