This role is more than just organizing; it is about providing concierge-level support during a significant life transition. You will manage teams of organizers and technicians while coordinating with third-party movers to ensure a seamless, "joyous" move-in experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, families, real estate agents, and retirement community staff.
- Communication: Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide written estimates and maintain constant contact with all stakeholders.
- Space Planning: Collaboratively develop floor plans and layouts using existing furniture and decor.
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and oversee the packing of household goods and valuables.
- On-Site Leadership: Direct a team to unpack, organize, and style the new residence, including hanging pictures and furniture placement.
Requirements
- Communication: Excellent communication skills are required to navigate the high-stress, emotional nature of senior relocation.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift 20-30 pounds.
- Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and the ability to travel to various work sites via automobile.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, patience, and a "kind heart" for working with seniors.
- Experience: 1 year of relevant experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate.
Note: Assignments occur over several days across multiple weeks. Reliability and meticulous attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
