We’re adding a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support maintenance, repair, service, and troubleshooting of HVAC/R systems in commercial environments. This is a permanent, full-time position. Compensation is based on experience and reviewed during the interview. You’ll get in-house training on applications you haven’t seen yet, and you’ll join a team where many technicians have 15+ years of tenure—because we take pride in our craft.

Hands-on experience with central plants and chilled water systems is a big benefit.

Service AC, heating, and refrigeration equipment in commercial settings.

Perform routine PMs to sustain peak performance.

Diagnose mechanical issues and complete quality repairs.

Partner with property maintenance teams to resolve concerns fast.

Follow all safety regulations and industry standards.

Complete precise digital documentation of labor and materials—no handwritten forms.

3+ years in a commercial HVAC Service Technician capacity.

Strong mechanical aptitude and effective system diagnostics.
-
Capability to perform property maintenance tasks tied to HVAC installs.
-
Plus: skills in plumbing, welding, and refrigerating techniques.

Sharp problem-solving and detail orientation.

Professional communication with clients and teammates.

Proficiency with HVAC/R systems and mechanical troubleshooting.
