Financial Coordinator & Patient Concierge

We are seeking a Financial Coordinator & Patient Concierge who is committed to helping patients navigate the financial side of their orthodontic care with confidence, clarity, and exceptional service while creating a welcoming experience for every patient and family who walks through our doors.

Financial & Insurance Responsibilities
- Verify insurance eligibility and orthodontic benefits
- Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, payments, and appeals
- Maintain accurate patient accounts and financial records
- Collect payments and assist patients with account questions
- Coordinate financial arrangements and payment plans
- Ensure patient balances are current and accounts are managed with accuracy and professionalism
Patient Concierge & Front Desk Responsibilities
- Welcome every patient and guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
- Create a positive first and lasting impression for every family
- Answer phones and assist with patient communications
- Schedule appointments and help coordinate the daily schedule
- Check patients in and out efficiently while ensuring they feel cared for and appreciated
- Assist patients with questions and help anticipate their needs throughout their visit
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
Additional Duties
- Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development
- Occasional after-hours volunteer and community activities
- Cross-training in other administrative responsibilities
- Supporting teammates to ensure an exceptional patient experience every day
Job Type & Benefits
