Schedule: Full time, Tuesday through Saturday. During training, the schedule is Monday through Friday plus one Saturday per month; once cleared, you'll transition to the standard Tuesday through Saturday schedule.
Training Pay: Required during the training period.
Compensation: Competitive, performance driven compensation that rewards your skill and dedication. $120,000 to $200,000+ after training.

Position Overview
This role is ideal for a provider, experienced or new to aesthetics, who thrives on building lasting client relationships. As a Medical Aesthetic Injector (NP/PA) at Vitality Med Spa & Surgery Center, your primary focus will be injectable treatments, delivering a 5 star client experience from consultation through follow up, with natural, proportional results and a fast paced, team oriented energy. Depending on the practice's needs, this role may also grow to include advanced aesthetics and wellness services.
Key Responsibilities
Consultations & Facial Assessments
- Conduct thorough client evaluations, analyzing facial anatomy and skin aging.
- Design customized, proportional treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals.
- Develop a written treatment plan for every patient and schedule their next appointment(s) before they leave the room, setting each client up for long term success.
Injectable Treatments
- Administer neuromodulators for wrinkle reduction.
- Perform dermal filler treatments for volume restoration and facial contouring.
- Deliver collagen stimulator (biostimulator) treatments to enhance skin elasticity and firmness.
Patient Education & Safety
- Guide patients through pre and post procedure expectations and manage informed consent.
- Monitor for adverse reactions and uphold strict infection control standards.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, expected outcomes, and realistic results.
- Maintain working knowledge of Vitality's full service menu, including BHRT, aesthetic lasers, and surgery, to educate patients and refer them to the right provider or department for their goals.
Internal Training & Protocols
- Complete structured internal training, shadowing, and competency pass-offs to ensure adherence to Vitality's aesthetic safety and quality standards.
- Continue developing expertise through ongoing structured training programs.
Provider Based Revenue & Growth
- Convert consultations into loyal, repeat clients through strong follow up, rebooking, and membership enrollment.
- Meet minimum monthly production expectations while tracking your individual performance against practice goals.
Documentation & Follow Up
- Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential patient records for every session.
- Provide strong post treatment follow up to ensure optimal patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Event Participation
- Represent Vitality Med Spa & Surgery Center at onsite and offsite promotional events.
Requirements
- Licensure: Current, active, and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Georgia.
- Experience: Open to both experienced injectors and those new to aesthetics; structured training and mentorship provided.
- Skills: High level interpersonal communication, calm and professional de escalation with difficult client situations, and confidence recommending a personalized home skincare regimen are expected of every provider. Beyond that, skill expectations vary by experience level:
◦ Experienced Injectors: Strong mastery of facial anatomy, meticulous injection precision, and a sharp eye for facial balancing and natural results.
◦ Injectors New to Aesthetics: A genuine desire to learn facial anatomy, eagerness to develop injection technique through structured, hands on training, and coachability.
- Personality & Work Style: Comfortable in a sales oriented role (training provided); team oriented with a strong work ethic; basic computer proficiency for documentation and scheduling.
