We’re looking for a motivated, fast, and dependable cook to join our growing fast-casual restaurant team.
If you have experience cooking smash burgers in a high-volume kitchen and take pride in consistency, speed, and cleanliness, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
● Prepare and cook smash burgers to company standards
● Operate the flat-top grill efficiently during busy rushes
● Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
● Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
● Prep ingredients and stock your station throughout the shift
● Keep the kitchen clean and organized
● Work as a team in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
● 1+ year of grill or restaurant cooking experience preferred
● Able to work quickly under pressure without sacrificing quality
● Positive attitude and reliable attendance
● Team player with strong work ethic
● Weekend and evening availability preferred
