Part-Time Cleaning Technician
$20 per hour | 25–30 hours per week | W-2 Employee | Greater Orlando
Lumina Works is hiring an experienced and dependable Cleaning Technician to complete room turns and common-area cleanings at co-living properties throughout the Greater Orlando area.
This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and interested in growing with a local cleaning company.
Responsibilities
- Complete bedroom and room-turn cleanings between residents
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, hallways, and shared spaces
- Follow Lumina Works cleaning checklists and quality standards
- Take clear before-and-after photos at every job
- Report maintenance concerns or property damage immediately
- Communicate with the operations team throughout the workday
- Travel between multiple properties within the Orlando area
- Keep cleaning supplies and equipment organized
- Secure each property after completing service
Requirements
- At least one year of professional cleaning experience
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Smartphone with reliable service
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Dependable attendance and communication
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorization to work in the United States
