Dealership Coordinator (On-Site, Part-Time)
Richmond, VA | Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–4 PM | $17–19/hour + performance bonus
About This Role
We're a small, owner-operated car dealership in Richmond looking for ONE reliable on-site coordinator to help manage daily operations. You'll work directly with the owner — no layers, no corporate red tape, just a focused team trying to grow a real business.
This is part-time (28 hrs/week), but you'll own real responsibility during your shift: lead follow-up, appointments, CRM updates, and coordinating with our virtual phone service, AI lead system, and ad agency.
We use modern tools (DealerCenter, Hammer AI, ReceptionHQ), so this isn't an old-school dealership job — but it does require someone who wants to learn, take ownership, and grow with us.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily leads in our CRM (DealerCenter)
- Follow up with hot leads — calls, texts, emails
- Confirm appointments, reduce no-shows
- Coordinate with our virtual phone service and AI lead system
- Weekly pipeline reporting to the owner
What We're Looking For
We're open to two types of candidates:
Option A: Experience. 1+ year in dealership, BDC, automotive, or sales operations. Familiar with CRMs.
Option B: Attitude. Less experience, but you're sharp, eager to learn, and have the right work ethic. We'll train you.
Either way, you should be:
- Reliable, organized, professional on the phone
- Available Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–4 PM, on-site in Richmond (no remote, no flexibility)
- Comfortable working closely with the owner — not above guidance, not below initiative
- Curious. Asks good questions. Wants to understand the business
Not for you if: you're looking for a job to clock in and out of, you don't want to work with a hands-on owner, or you think small businesses are beneath your experience level.
Pay & Schedule
- $17–19/hour to start, based on experience
- Performance bonus: $50 per vehicle sold from an appointment you set
- 30/60/90-day performance reviews
- 28 hours/week, no weekends
