As a Line Cook / Pizza Cook, you’ll play a key role in delivering the exceptional food our customers love. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing fresh ingredients, including slicing vegetables and making dough and sauces.
- Cooking pizzas, strombolis, calzones, and other menu items in our traditional brick oven.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while staying calm under pressure.
- Communicating effectively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
We’re seeking someone who is passionate about food and thrives in a team-oriented environment. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience: 1 year of kitchen experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person.
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with us.
