POSITION SUMMARY
This is a Class A regional OTR driving position hauling food items
in reefer trailers out of your nearest domicile location. Drivers
average approximately 2,150 miles per week with one stop per
trailer. No touch freight. All automatic equipment. Sleeper cab
assigned. 3 to 4 layovers per week in the sleeper unit. Strong
mileage pay with additional pay for backhaul stops and trailer
sweeps.

- $.65 per mile
- $25 backhaul stop pay
- $25 trailer sweep pay
- Average of approximately 2,150 miles per week
- 3 to 4 layovers per week in sleeper unit

SCHEDULE AND HOME TIME
- OTR work with 3 to 4 layovers per week in the sleeper cab
- Loads run throughout the week out of your domicile location
- Consistent weekly mileage with one stop per trailer

THE ROLE AND FREIGHT
Drivers haul food items in reefer trailers on regional OTR routes.
- No touch freight - one stop per trailer
- Driver responsible for temperature control and reefer management
- Timely delivery and appointment adherence required
- Driver responsible for HOS compliance, BOL accuracy, and all
safety guidelines
Equipment operated:
- Sleeper cab tractor - all automatic equipment
- 48 to 53-foot reefer trailers
- Electronic logging device (ELD)
- Slip seat operation

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL
- Reefer experience preferred - driver responsible for temperature
control and reefer management
- Comfortable with OTR schedule and 3 to 4 sleeper layovers per week
- On time delivery commitment - appointment adherence required
- Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to maintain accurate electronic logs and BOL records
- Full HOS compliance required
- Adherence to all posted safety policies and procedures

DRESS CODE AND SAFETY FOOTWEAR
Clean, professional clothing appropriate for warehouse and delivery
environments is required at all times.
Acceptable attire:
- Pants
- An appropriate work shirt or shirt with sleeves
- All clothing must be clean, in good condition, and suitable for
a warehouse and industrial work environment
- Clothing displaying offensive, inappropriate, discriminatory, or
unsafe language, graphics, or imagery is not permitted
Footwear:
- Steel-toe or composite-toe safety boots with fully enclosed toes
and adequate ankle coverage
