As an Entry Level Account Manager, you'll build meaningful relationships with clients while developing valuable communication, leadership, and business skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
No previous industry experience is required. If you're motivated, coachable, and eager to grow, we'll provide the training and support needed for long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective and existing clients
- Educate clients on available Health Coverage options
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Conduct follow-up consultations and account reviews
- Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
- Maintain organized client documentation
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional attitude
- Coachable with a willingness to learn
- Goal-oriented mindset
- Team-focused personality
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
