Requirements
- Property & Casualty License preferred but not required

- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers

Responsibilities
- Generate leads and prospect new clients through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and provide appropriate coverage recommendations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring clients' needs are met while achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Continuously develop sales skills and product knowledge through training programs and professional development opportunities.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
