Maintenance/Janitor
Job Summary:
Grand Oaks Assisted Living is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance/Janitor to join our team in Tulare, California. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness and maintenance of our assisted living facility. Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all common areas, including hallways, stairwells, and elevators
Perform daily janitorial tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking and replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and reporting any maintenance issues to the facilities team
Work closely with other team members to ensure a clean and safe environment for our residents
Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner to meet the needs of our residents and staff
Requirements:
2 years of experience; on-the-job training provided
Preferred long term care or RCFE experience
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
High school diploma or equivalent required
