Overview
The Care Associate plays a vital role in providing compassionate support and assistance to individuals in various care settings, including, residential, assisted living, nursing homes, and facilities for individuals with disabilities. This position requires a dedicated individual who is committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized care and attention.
Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity..
- Support clients in maintaining their rights and promoting their independence.
- Engage with clients through meaningful activities that foster social interaction and emotional well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all clients.
Skills
- Experience in non-medical, in home personal and companion care.
- Familiarity with care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
- Knowledge of resident rights and advocacy practices.
- Knowledge in CPR techniques and emergency response procedures.
- Understanding of Dementia, Vascular, Alzheimer's, Lewy Body, Parkinson's,
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, families, and team members.
- Compassionate approach towards the aging community or other special needs.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

PAY/HOURS
$21-$22 and hour DOE
10:00am - 2:00pm
Thursdays and/or Fridays (recurring weekly)
