About the Role
As a Counter Sales Associate, you will be the front‑line contact for HVAC contractors and technicians. This role blends customer service, HVAC parts knowledge, and order accuracy in a fast‑paced wholesale environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist HVAC contractors with parts, equipment, and supplies at the counter
- Identify correct HVAC/R components using part numbers and schematics
- Recommend solutions and troubleshoot customer needs
- Process sales orders accurately using POS systems
- Coordinate order fulfillment and communicate lead times
- Build strong relationships through dependable, high‑quality service
