Duties
- Prepare and assemble meals according to established menus, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish

- Cook a variety of dishes using proper knife skills and culinary techniques to deliver flavorful results
- Support food service operations by serving meals efficiently and courteously to guests or residents
- Contribute to food handling procedures, including storage, sanitation, and inventory management
- Participate in catering events or special meal preparations as needed, maintaining high standards of presentation and taste
Qualifications
- Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within the food industry or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and food safety regulations
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in culinary techniques
- Experience with food handling, serving, and catering services preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
