Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, highly organized Design, Sales & Order Specialist to manage our client relationships and order pipeline. In this role, you will not be creating new designs from scratch. Instead, you will use your knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to review, prep, and Quality Control (QC) customer files to ensure they are perfect for production. You will also be the face of our company—handling sales, speaking kindly with customers, and strictly tracking orders from start to finish. We need a fast learner who loves organization and has a sharp eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Quality Control (QC): Open customer-submitted files in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to check for correct sizing, resolution, formatting, and errors. Prepare and optimize files for final production.
- Customer Care & Sales: Answer client questions with a kind, polite, and responsible attitude. Help customers understand our options, pitch services, and close sales.
- Order Tracking & Workflow: Strictly follow our established order flow. Log new orders, track their progress, and ensure deadlines are met without anything slipping through the cracks.
- Organize & Manage: Keep digital design files, customer records, and order sheets highly organized and easy to navigate.
Qualifications & Skills
- Adobe Software Knowledge: Comfort navigating Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator specifically for file editing, resizing, and QC work (not creation).
- Customer-First Attitude: A naturally kind, patient, and responsible communicator who enjoys helping people.
- Sales Mindset: Confident talking to clients, answering objections, and securing order placements.
- Highly Organized: Obsessive about details, order tracking, and maintaining a structured workflow.
- Fast Learner: Ability to quickly learn our specific order tracking systems and QC standards.
