Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC 5 axis Mill machine operator and play a vital role in producing high-precision components for the defense and aerospace industries. As a key contributor to our manufacturing facility, you will fully operate, set up, and maintain our Haas Mills- setting up and running lathes is a plus. Duties
- Operate a 5 axis Haas, ensuring precise execution of complex machining programs
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications to produce accurate parts
- Set up tooling, perform dry runs and be able to fully operate 3, 4 and 5 axis mills
- Conduct routine inspections using precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers to verify part dimensions and quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on the machines, including keeping them clean and operating efficiently.
- Maintain detailed documentation of production activities, quality checks, and machine settings for traceability and continuous improvement
Skills
- Strong knowledge of operating CNC 5 axis machines, lathe operating is a plus
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding GD&T for accurate manufacturing
- Familiarity with Haas controls for changing offsets and running programs
- Basic math skills necessary for calculating dimensions, tolerances, and machine settings
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Experience:
- Haas 5 axis: 3 years (Required)
- 3 axis mill setup: 5 years (Required)
