We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and passionate barista to join our team.
We are a new coffee shop located in a fast-paced environment at Sawgrass Mills Mall, focused on quality coffee and warm customer experience. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people and stays organized in their work. This position is for an upcoming new location opening in May.
Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee drinks and other beverages according to menu standards
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Restock supplies throughout the shift
- Handle POS transactions and assist customers with menu items
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 1+ year of barista experience preferred
- Strong customer service experience preferred
- Friendly, positive, and communicative personality
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Willingness to learn and grow
