Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Accurately input orders into the cash register or point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
- Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide change as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a clean workspace at all times.
