This role combines hands-on manufacturing with local delivery responsibilities, supporting both our production floor and our customers directly.
Assembly & Manual Fabrication Responsibilities-
Assemble wire rope, hose, or chain into finished products from parts and components using hand tools and machinery
Cut steel to customer required specifications
Read and interpret assembly instructions, measurements, and parts lists
Position, align, and verify components for accurate fit and fastening
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and specification accuracy
Troubleshoot assembly issues and collaborate with supervisors on solutions
Perform basic preventive maintenance and keep equipment operating efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist with inventory monitoring and completion of production and quality documentation
Package, label, and prepare items for shipment
Unloading shipments and inspecting products for external damage, opening packages and comparing quantities and materials to packing list
Safely and timely deliver products to customers
Load and unload cargo into truck, trailer, or both
Maneuver trailers and ensure secure transportation of materials
Plan and follow delivery routes using GPS systems
Record deliveries, maintain activity logs, and track hours
Inspect vehicles before and after use and report mechanical or safety issues
Refuel and clean assigned vehicle
Follow traffic laws, DOT regulations, and accident procedures
Report road incidents or delays to management
Maintain a professional, positive attitude and appearance when interacting with customers
What We’re Looking For-
High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift and manipulate up to 150 lbs
Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Ability to pass: DOT physical, Pre‑employment drug screen (including marijuana), Background check and 3‑year MVR review
Reliable transportation to Clarion, PA (16214)
Assembly or manual fabrication and/or
Self‑motivated with a strong team mindset
Willingness to learn new systems and processes
Full‑time, 40 hours per week
1st shift only: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (May require staying later to complete deliveries in progress)
Onsite role in Clarion, PA (16214) with driving responsibilities
Biweekly Pay- $18.00 – $19.00 per hour to start, with review after 90 days
