The Senior Recruiter, Corporate Support Center (CSC), will be a trusted advisor, creating and executing comprehensive sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies for current and forecasted hiring needs. As a partner to corporate functions, the Senior Recruiter will drive the candidate selection process and leverage recruitment technologies and other candidate sources (e.g. Workday, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, social networking sites, etc.) to attract, select, and retain a qualified workforce. Work includes sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates in consistent partnership with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers and Executive leadership up to .
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate roles up to VP-level, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, evaluation, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
Manage a diverse portfolio of requisitions across functions such as HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, Legal, and Operations
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent market trends, hiring strategies, and best practices
Independently partner with L1 leaders to support hiring needs, providing guidance on strategy, aligning on priorities, and driving execution across the recruiting process
Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipelines
Proactively source and engage passive candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, talent communities, etc.)
