- Experience supporting accessibility, privacy, governance, or regulated digital environments
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices (WCAG, ADA, Section 508, and related frameworks)
- Awareness of privacy, consent, and responsible data collection practices
- Exposure to regulated environments and digital trust considerations (HIPAA, healthcare, financial, public sector, or similar)
- Experience supporting website launches, audits, remediation efforts, or governance initiatives
- Ability to communicate recommendations clearly and pragmatically
- Comfort balancing business goals with responsible implementation
- Balances practical implementation with thoughtful risk awareness
- Views accessibility, privacy, and governance as enablers—not obstacles
- Comfortable identifying issues and proposing realistic solutions
- Communicates clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
- Values sustainable processes over one-time remediation efforts
- Approaches compliance with empathy, usability, and business context
- Interested in helping organizations build trust through better digital experiences
- Open to long-term collaboration opportunities
