Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical projects and lead a team of electricians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and electrical systems.
Duties:
- Plan, schedule, and supervise electrical installations
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and local codes
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients
- Help Manage project budgets and timelines
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Skills:
- Proficiency in construction management software (such as Procore)
- Experience in budgeting and contract management
- Knowledge of construction management practices
- Familiarity with software for project scheduling
- Ability to perform construction estimating for electrical projects
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Understanding of OSHA regulations related to electrical work
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics
- Proven experience in supervising electrical teams
