Licensed Journeyman Electrician

About the Role
Are you a skilled electrician who takes pride in clean conduit runs, accurate troubleshooting, and doing the job right the first time? We are a growing electrical contracting team looking for a reliable, licensed Journeyman Electrician to lead projects and deliver top-tier service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Install & Repair: Lay out, assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, control devices, and motors (commercial, agricultural, and residential).
- Troubleshoot: Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment to locate the cause of a breakdown and fix the issue safely.
- Equipment/Tools: Safely operate equipment including digging equipment, trencher, aerial lifts (scissor, boom), and pull trailers behind vehicles.
- Lead & Mentor: Guide and supervise apprentices on-site, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met. Ability to work with other contractors and subcontractors.
What You Bring to the Team
- Licensing: Current, valid Journeyman Electrician License (State certification required). Current, valid driver's license
- Experience: Minimum of 4–5 years of hands-on electrical experience (post-apprenticeship preferred).
- Skills: Strong working knowledge of the NEC, proficiency with bending conduit (EMT/Rigid), and comfort using standard diagnostic tools.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, ability to pass a background check/drug screen, and the physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (ladders, crawl spaces, etc.). Basic hand and power tools.
