Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work, including the ability to build, install concrete pad, ADA Ramps, sidewalk and curb & gutter. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes on various projects, including commercial and residential applications.
Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by leveling and grading the area.

Mix, pour, and finish concrete according to specifications.

Install flooring and perform roof installations as needed.

Execute masonry tasks, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.

Operate tools and equipment safely while adhering to industry standards.

Collaborate with team members on project timelines and deliverables.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Perform heavy lifting as required during the installation process.

Assist in metal stud framing and stucco applications when necessary.

Contribute to hardscape projects, ensuring quality workmanship.
Skills

Proficiency in building techniques related to concrete finishing.

Experience with all types of concrete.

Knowledge of masonry practices is highly desirable.

Ability to operate commercial driving vehicles for transporting materials.

Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged standing.

Familiarity with metal stud framing techniques.

Experience in stucco application is a plus.

Background in hardscape projects preferred.
