Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Liv-in Resort Manager to oversee daily operations at our new RV resort. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing a diverse team, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all resort departments. As a key leader, you will uphold high standards of service, and foster a welcoming environment that promotes guest satisfaction and staff engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations, including front desk, guest services, food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance departments
- Lead and supervise staff to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient daily workflow.
- Maintain high standards of guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Implement management systems such as multi-line phone systems and night audit procedures to streamline operations
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations, park policies, and hospitality standards to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or resort industry with strong leadership skills
- Extensive management experience with a solid understanding of operations and guest services
- Excellent customer service skills coupled with bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse clientele
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in front desk operations, phone etiquette, and multi-line phone systems
- Ability to manage night audit processes and handle guest relations effectively
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service
