Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven HVAC Service Manager to lead our Service Department operations. You will oversee technical performance, mentor technicians, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role demands a strong leader with deep heating systems expertise and a proven track record of operational growth. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, schedule, and mentor residential service technicians.
- Ride along to mentor newer technicians and build their self-reliance.
- Ensure accurate diagnostics and high-quality repairs.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations such as EPA standards and local building codes; promote a culture of safety awareness among team members.
- Track team metrics, safety compliance, and service revenue.
- Handle complex technical issues and customer compliants.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by providing expert advice on HVAC system maintenance, upgrades, and energy efficiency solutions.
Required Qualifictions
- Minimum 10 years of upward career progression in the heating system industry.
- Documented hands-on experience with HVAC systems including boilers, plumbing, electrical systems, and mechanical systems repair.
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC, plumbing and mechanical systems.
- Capability to actively work in the field alongside junior staff.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients and team members alike.
- Valid EPA Universal certification and a clean driving records are required.
- Proven ability to manage, train, and scale a technical field team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current NATE certifications are strongly preferred.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
