We are expanding our operations and looking to add an additional cannabis processor/trimmer to the team. The Cannabis Processing Technician will be responsible for trimming cannabis product, helping to create packaged products like pre-rolls, pre-pack's, infused products, labeling them correctly, and ensuring that all items are properly secured and ready to ship. You will also help with harvesting plants and bucking. The ideal candidate will have experience in packing and shipping items, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a team or working solo.
Responsibilities:
- Follow safety protocols when operating cannabis machinery.
- Package products according to specifications.
- Trim cannabis to company standard.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Inspect products for quality assurance.
- Keep accurate records of production output.
- Work with a team to meet production goals.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Previous experience in the cannabis industry trimming, pre-roll production or packaging is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multi-task with effective time management
- Willingness to comply with state regulations and guidelines
- Standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time
- Bending, lifting and moving totes weighing up to 25lbs each
