As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our buildings, residences, and grounds remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing routine inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs.
Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other building systems.
Responding promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
Completing preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and costly repairs.
Maintaining common areas, residential properties, and outdoor spaces.
Assisting with lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, and seasonal facility upkeep.
Operating and maintaining tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
Coordinating with staff and outside contractors when needed.
Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance situations.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
2 years of maintenance experience.
Valid Driver’s license.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Must be able to hear, see, speak and be ambulatory
Able to work variable hours as needed.
