Responsibilities

- Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere for all students.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Assess student performance through standardized testing and other evaluation methods.
- Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and developmental stages.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Stay current with best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities.
Skills
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in classroom management techniques to maintain an orderly learning environment.
- Experience in private school settings is preferred but not required.
- Background in curriculum development tailored for early childhood education.
