- Must have at MINIMUM 2 years fine dining kitchen experience
- Able to understand and read cook-to-order recipes
- Medium to high knife skills required
- Cooking ticket items in a timely fashion
- Team-oriented mentality and communication skills
- Some heavy lifting and sometimes excessive heat in Summer months
- Taking pride in what you are preparing for guests and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation/able to be on time
- Maintain a positive attitude and be adaptive
-Able to work both AM and PM hours (between 9 am and 11 pm)
