- Schedule: Choose your own days!
Note: Long-Term Substitutes have the option to transition directly into our flexible Sub Network after completing their full-time assignment.

Job Requirements
- Pass a mandatory background check and meet MN licensing requirements.
- Fluently understand, read, and speak English.
- Comfortable standing for long periods (up to 8 hours a day).
- Comfortable sitting on the floor to interact with children.
- Highly reliable, organized, and punctual.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Learning: Help Lead Teachers implement fun, age-appropriate activities.
- Ensure Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy classroom environment.
- Guide Behavior: Monitor children closely and intervene positively when necessary.
- Provide Care: Offer a nurturing, supportive environment; assist with meals and clean-up.
- Keep Records: Track attendance, daily activities, and meals
