Job Overview
As a Field Sales Lead, you'll lead a team of 4–8 canvassers and outside sales representatives, creating a positive, competitive culture that motivates everyone to perform at their best. You'll coach and mentor your team, assign and manage canvassing territories, monitor daily performance, and provide hands-on training to help each team member grow.
In addition to leadership, you'll meet with homeowners to perform inspections and close opportunities generated by your team. You'll play a key role in driving revenue, developing future leaders, and ensuring your team consistently exceeds its goals. This is a field-based leadership position for someone who thrives on coaching others, leading by example, and being rewarded for results.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 4–8 canvassers and outside sales representatives.
- Foster a positive, competitive, and accountable team culture.
- Conduct daily team meetings, ride-alongs, and field training.
- Assign and manage daily canvassing territories to maximize results.
- Track team performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Close appointments generated by canvassers through in-home inspections and consultations.
- Generate your own leads through door-to-door prospecting when needed.
- Ensure team members consistently meet activity and sales goals.
Benefits& Compensation
- $25-$35 hourly (based on experience)

Requirements
- Must have a reliable form of transportation
- Must have previous sales leadership experience
- Must have d2d insurance restoration experience
- Must have deal closing experience
- Must be willing and able to work Saturdays for at least 4 hours
Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
