Job Title: Production Analyst

Florida Beef is seeking a detail-oriented Production Analyst to support processing and fabrication operations at the Center Hill production facility. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate daily tracking of live & carcass inventories; conducting performance and yield analysis; verifying labeling compliance; and ensuring the accuracy of finished goods in warehouse inventory. These daily reconciliations of production data must be accurately maintained and communicated timely to support management decision making and continuous improvement efforts across plant operations.
- Monitor live & carcass inventories, including tracking carcasses processed daily.
- Track fabrication room production to ensure yield accuracy and production flow.
- Verify labeling accuracy for all product packaging.
- Record and track all rework activity for compliance and reporting.
- Scan and reconcile finished product cases moving to warehouse.
- Perform end-of-shift reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, and Warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Uphold company GMP, food safety, and compliance standards at all times.
Key Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field (strongly preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or accounting support roles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, data entry, and reconciliation.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
