Are you the person people count on when things need to get done?
Forest Fresh is looking for a sharp, hands-on Field Project Manager to take ownership of active projects, crews, customers and day-to-day production.
This is not a desk job. You’ll be in the field, moving between projects, checking quality, managing crews, solving problems and making sure every job gets completed correctly, on time and paid.
What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple projects from start to finish
- Visit job sites and inspect work quality
- Manage technicians, installers and subcontractors
- Coordinate daily production schedules
- Order materials and manage inventory
- Handle customer and job-site issues
- Keep projects on schedule and crews accountable
- Collect final payments and close out jobs
- Step in and help when needed — no “that’s not my job” mentality

Experience in construction, remodeling, roofing, HVAC, restoration, chimney, insulation or home services is strongly preferred.
