Clean Team Company is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at First Baptist Church Sevierville. As a Commercial Cleaner, you will:
Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and other common areas.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
Maintain classrooms, offices, hallways, entrances, and gathering areas to company standards.
Respond promptly to spills and unexpected cleaning needs.
Follow all facility safety, security, and cleaning procedures.
Communicate professionally with supervisors and fellow team members.
Complete assigned cleaning routes efficiently and on schedule.
Help maintain Clean Team Company's high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
We're looking for candidates who:
Are at least 18 years of age.
Have reliable transportation.
Can work independently with minimal supervision.
Have strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.
Are able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
Previous commercial or janitorial cleaning experience is preferred but not required—paid training is provided.
