About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Construction Safety Coordinator to champion our commitment to workplace excellence and risk mitigation. You will serve as a vital link between field operations and management, ensuring that every project adheres to rigorous safety standards while fostering a proactive culture of hazard prevention.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive site audits to verify adherence to OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols.

Drive safety engagement by leading impactful toolbox talks and field-level training sessions.

Analyze incident data and near-miss reports to perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective measures.

Maintain meticulous safety records, logs, and compliance documentation to support project integrity.

Advise project leadership on best practices for risk reduction and the proper utilization of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure immediate alignment with site safety expectations.
Qualifications-
2-5 years of professional experience managing safety within the construction sector.

Current OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification.

Active 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification.

Demonstrated expertise in conducting thorough incident investigations and site inspections.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex safety challenges in real-time.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish to enhance communication with diverse field crews.

Advanced knowledge of EHS management systems and regulatory compliance.

Proven ability to influence site culture and promote safety awareness across all levels of the organization.
