Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency
- Provide detailed menu descriptions, upselling specials and beverages to enhance guest experiences
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end
- Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and sales tracking
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cashiering, food calculations, and transaction accuracy
