Victory Therapy Solutions is a growing pediatric speech therapy practice serving children and families throughout the Cutler Bay and Homestead area. We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. Qualifications
- Current Florida Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) License (required).
- Bachelor's degree or completion of a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant bridge program in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field that meets Florida licensure requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient locations.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
- Accurately document therapy sessions and patient progress.
- Communicate professionally with families, caregivers, and team members.
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and child-friendly therapy environment.
- Comply with all HIPAA, state, and company policies.
