What You’ll Do
- Monitor telemetry patients and ensure timely response to alarms
- Administer IVs, medications, and labs as ordered
- Provide patient education and comfort care
- Document nursing activities accurately in EPIC Electronic Medical Record system
- Collaborate with healthcare team members for patient care plans
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols
- Respond effectively to patient emergencies and changes in condition
What You Need
- Valid Ohio RN license
- Minimum 2 years of registered nurse experience in a hospital setting
- Proficiency in IV starts, medication administration, labs, and monitoring patients
- Telemetry monitoring experience is required
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
