We are actively interviewing on behalf of our Client in Texas for a Physical Therapist who is recognized for delivering a patient-first, team-driven experience.

What You’ll Do

Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care

Deliver evidence-based treatments that improve patient outcomes

Progress patients using clinical reasoning (not templated care plans)

Utilize therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional interventions
-
Educate patients on treatment plans and recovery goals
-
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
-
Complete timely and efficient documentation

Support and mentor students as needed

Patient Ratio is 1:1

Qualifications
-
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
-
Active Texas PT license (or eligible)
-
Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered mindset
-
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and assist with patient transfers

Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a clinical setting
