ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The is responsible for, but not limited to the following:

Operating power tools, sewer cleaning machines, hand tools, and plumbing equipment.

Replacing seals in water closets and clean water filter systems; unclog sinks, toilet, and drains.

Maintaining piping and related systems to ensure equipment is in proper working order.

Responding to emergency mechanical system calls, including floods.

Cutting, welding and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures.

Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety.
-
Installing valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.

Collaborating with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.

Follow building plans and blueprints.
-
Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.

Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
-
Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling, and electrical work as required and keeping an accurate record of materials used.

Any other duties assigned by Management.
