Seasonal Pumpkin Patch & Farm Team Member
Overview
Join the Holland Farms team this fall! We're looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable team members to help create a fun and memorable experience for families visiting our annual Pumpkin Patch.
This is a seasonal weekend position running September 26 through November 1. Most shifts are on Saturdays and Sundays, with additional weekday hours available for school field trips or special events.
No two days are the same! Team members may work in admissions, the farm market, hayrides, the corn maze, pumpkin patch, animal area, kid's activities, food service, parking, or other attractions. We hire people with positive attitudes who enjoy working outdoors and making each guest's visit memorable.
High school students (16+) and college students are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service.
Assist with admissions, retail sales, and operating attractions.
Help with hayrides, the corn maze, pumpkin patch, children's activities, animal area, and other farm attractions.
Keep attractions clean, safe, and organized throughout the day.
Assist with setup, restocking, and end-of-day cleanup.
Work as part of a team to create a fun, family-friendly environment.
Lift pumpkins, supplies, and equipment as needed (up to 50 lbs.).
Follow all farm safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Friendly, dependable, and positive attitude.
Enjoy working with children and families.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Able to work weekends throughout the season (September 26–November 1).
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Schedule
Seasonal employment: September 26 – November 1
Primarily Saturdays and Sundays
Additional weekday hours may be available for school field trips.
Expected hours: 10–20 hours per week, with additional hours available during peak weekends.
