$25.00/hr guaranteed base + uncapped commission — our techs average $50K–$80K, and our top performer earned over $100K last year
TerraFirma has been the Pacific Northwest's trusted name in foundation repair, basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete repair since 2005. We're locally owned and operated — not a national chain. We don't just fix homes, we protect families, and our Service Technicians are the face of that promise long after the original crew rolls away.
Do you thrive at the intersection of hands-on work and building real relationships with customers? This role is part technician, part trusted advisor: you'll inspect, diagnose, and repair existing systems — and when a home needs more protection, you'll recommend it and earn commission on it. If you connect easily with people, take pride in quality work, and want your paycheck to reflect both — this role is built for you.
