About the Role:
Mokri Vanis and Jones LLP is seeking a motivated, organized, and reliable full-time Office Assistant to perform a range of office duties. Must be detail-oriented, punctual, with great multi-tasking capabilities
What You'll Do:

Duties will include overseeing general office activities and facilities, as well as providing administrative and office support.

Assists with preparing and forwarding outgoing mail and packages

Opens, scans, and distributes mail

Handle all incoming packages (Fed Ex, UPS, USPS, etc)

Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing as required

Organize and maintain file system; file correspondence and other records
-
Submit work orders and schedules repairs for general office space and equipment, connecting with and escorting vendors

Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues

Cover the Reception Desk when needed

Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent and background in customer service

Available to work in the office workdays Monday - Friday, hours ideally 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient on Outlook and Microsoft products

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
