We are seeking a full-time Clinical Social Worker to provide a comprehensive range of social work services to children, adolescents, and young adults within the Division of Endocrinology. This position is an integral part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team dedicated to enhancing the health, well-being, and quality of life of patients living with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus and other Endocrine-related medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities-
Psychosocial assessments and interventions with patients and their families

Care coordination, and advocacy while collaborating closely with social work colleagues, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Working with children, adolescents, young adults and families living Type 1 Diabetes and other endocrine medical conditions

Ability to travel to Weymouth satellite 2-3 days per month
Minimum Qualifications
Education:-
Master’s degree in social work
Experience:-
Experience in a medical environment and with child protection issues helpful.

Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills are necessary.
Licensure/Certifications:-
LICSW licensure in the state of Massachusetts

This hybrid position is based on our main campus in Boston (Longwood) with 2-3 days per months in our Weymouth satellite clinic.
