Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery, including forklifts and power tools, ensuring smooth production flow.
- Conduct manual handling of materials, heavy lifting, and moving parts safely within the manufacturing facility.
- Follow safety protocols diligently, adhering to all safety standards in production areas to prevent accidents.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements for lean manufacturing practices.
- Manage inventory movement within the warehouse or factory setting using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Requirements
- Proven factory experience or manufacturing facility experience demonstrating familiarity with production environments.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is preferred or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
- Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments and commitment to safety protocol adherence.
- Physical capability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and manual dexterity required for detailed work.

Pay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
