Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid
About the Role
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in a hybrid capacity. This role balances in-person clinical oversight with remote telehealth responsibilities, offering flexibility while maintaining high-quality, person-centered care.
The BCBA will support individuals and families through evidence-based behavioral services while providing clinical leadership and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Schedule & Work Model (Hybrid)
This position operates on a split schedule, combining on-site and remote work to promote work-life balance while ensuring consistent clinical support.
Remote Responsibilities:
- Conduct caregiver and family training via telehealth
- Complete data analysis, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Participate in clinical team meetings and case consultations
In-Person Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to RBTs
- Participate in on-site family consultations
- Support clinical quality, compliance, and service delivery standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of clients
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
- Track client progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with ethical, organizational, and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience conducting FBAs and supervising RBTs
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
- Experience with telehealth platforms and clinical documentation preferred
