ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re on the lookout for skilled 1099 Technicians to join our team, delivering on-site brake repair services at homes, offices, and apartments. If you’re reliable, experienced, and take pride in quality work, we’re prepared to offer top pay for top talent.
We do all the scheduling - you just need to go out, diagnose on-site, get customer approval and knock out the brakes!
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
● Expect 3-5 jobs per day
● Your first appointments will begin at 9 am and last begins at 5 pm
● Our commission structure that pays $50 for pads & $25 for rotors per axle. For example, if you replaced front pad and rotor, your commission would be $75. If you replaced pads and rotors all around, it would be $150.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles in a shop setting
- Must have reliable, presentable transportation
- Must own all tools necessary to complete brake jobs on a wide variety of makes and models. To be eligible you must own a Diagnostic Scantool (for electronic parking brake applications) and a Torque Wrench.
- ASE Certification is highly preferred
